First 45min

Warm up, combination of conditioning skates, high tempo passing, shooting and battle drills.

Final 45 minutes will be half ice 3vs3 & cool down.

U15's 6:15pm - 7:45pm

U18's 8:00pm - 9:30pm

This program runs best with 24 skaters and 4 goalies per age group, please spread the word to other hockey players.

Organizer & Lead Instructor

Garrett Dick - Owner of Power Zone Athletics. I played Minor Hockey in Ponoka, Camrose and summer hockey in Edmonton. 2 years with the U15aaa East Central Chill organization. Ponoka U18 and finished my playing career for the Ponoka Stampeders in the Heritage Jr.B Hockey League, representing the Stampeder’s at the 2004/05 Heritage Jr.B All Star Game. During my hockey career I had some great coaches and experienced development camps such as Serdachny Power Skating & Hockey International, Perry Pearn 3vs3 Hockey Conditioning Camp, Audrey Bakewell High Performance Power Skating and also attended junior camps including the Kelowna Rockets (WHL), Camrose Kodiaks (AJHL) & Estevan Bruins (SJHL). 2023/24 Assistant Coach of the Blindman Valley Broncos U18-1 Hockey Team. 2024/25 Blindman Valley Minor Hockey Player Development.

With the support of my fellow instructors we all have a good understanding as to what it takes to be 100% prepared for tryouts. The design of this camp and the knowledge of our instructors will assist in getting players fully prepared for when they hit the ice for tryouts.
